Chris Wilson, Water Treatment Manager
Chris Wilson oversees the Joint Water Commission (JWC) Water Treatment Plant, the largest conventional treatment plant in Oregon. The Water Treatment Plant operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and produces an average of 32 million gallons a day (MGD).

The JWC Water Treatment Plant and facilities are operated and maintained by 18 full-time employees. There are ten certified operators, six of which are Level IV – the highest level of certification in the State of Oregon.
