In-Person Tours
In-person tours focus on the following topics:
- JWC partners
- Water sources
- Drinking water treatment process
- Storage of drinking water
- Transmission of drinking water to partners
In-person tours are available:
- Maximum Group Size: 25 people per tour group, with the option to split large groups into smaller groups if needed.
- Larger Groups: May be accommodated by splitting into smaller sub-groups with staggered or parallel tours, subject to staff availability and safety considerations.
- Individual Tours: Single-person tour requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on staff availability.
Tour Options:
- Full Tour & Presentation (90 minutes):Includes a 20–30-minute introductory or supplemental presentation followed by the facility tour.
- Tour Only (60 minutes): Bypasses the presentation; ideal for shorter timeframes or returning visitors.

| Dress Code | Tours take place outside and in an industrial setting. All visitors must dress appropriately and wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. No flip-flops, sandals, clogs, open toed shoes, or high heels are allowed. |
| Safety & Conduct | Safety briefings are mandatory before the tour begins. No smoking, eating, or drinking on the tour route. No throwing objects into the water. Visitors must stay with the assigned tour group. |
| Accessibility | We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. Individuals with mobility impairments, visual or hearing disabilities, or other accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us in advance. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements and ensure that necessary accommodation is in place. |
